Alhamdulillah, Ninja, that was a beautiful post about Ramadhan.
May Allah (SWT) reward you well, Insha'Allah. I cannot wait for Ramadhan!!! I'm soooo excited! Especially since this Ramadhan will by my second Ramadhan as a better Muslim.
All my other Ramadhans, I used to just not eat, I didn't pray my daily 5 prayers, I didn't do any extra reading of the Qur'an, nor did I do any extra worship. My mom would get so mad at me, she would say, “You have sealed your mouth from the food, but you continue to do the bad. Allah doesn't need your hungry stomach if you're not going to pray or read the Qur'an and abstain from the bad. The point of Ramadhan is not to be hungry, it's about coming closer to Allah (SWT)” Back then, I didn't understand…but Alhamdulillah, now I do. And Insha'Allah, this Ramadhan will help me become better.
Allah is Most Merciful. He will forgive someone's sins, if that is His will. We just need to ask for forgiveness.
So you see, Kavita. If Allah (SWT) wants to guide someone, He will. Just as He has guided me onto the right path.
Also, I would like to add, Ramadhan is divided into three parts. The first ten days of Ramadhan are the days of Allah's Mercy. The second ten days of Ramadhan are the days of Allah's forgiveness. And the last ten days of Ramadhan are the days in which Allah (SWT) frees people from the Fire of Hell.

And the whole time I'm all thinking, “Do I have something on my face?” So I tell my friends and they all start to tease me, which is no help at all, cuz I'm seriously scared! Then, one day, when the bell rang to go to class, he comes up to me, and I'm thinking, “oh s h i t.” And he wants to shake my hand! I'm all thinking, “what a weirdo.” SO I shake his hand, and he won't let gooo! I'm all pulling my hand and he gets hekka close to me and tries to kiss me!!!!! I'm hekka scared! LMAO! Okay, what the hell, that's not funny. SO I push him away, and he just walks away! And then, my friends all look at me, and they're like “what happened to you?” I'm like, “Did you just see that?!?!” So I had to tell them the whole thing and all them stupid idiots could do was tease me! i'm like, “MAN! Tease me if he was cute! But this guy was just totally scary!”
So I tell my twin, and he gets all mad! He's like, “who the hell is he?” I'm like, “I don't even know his name, I never heard him talk, all he does is stand there and stare.” SO he told me to show him the next time I see him, I saw him a couple of times after that, but my brother wasn't around, so I couldn't show him. And then, after that, I never saw him again.
I think I told Hayati…but I can't remember, I have a bad memory. lol
