I thought I would start a new post where people can just write about whatever their problems they may be having, whether it be about school, what to do in your life and possibly one BIG thing im sure we all may have/or will face is loving someone your parents do not approve.

So… I guess I will start… I did love someone for two years during college whom my parents did not approve. Their problems with him were:

-hes not same religion (religion is IMPORTANT to me and my PARENTS)

-he was 5 months younger than me

-he wasnt a doctor/lawyer/engineer (typical.. right? lol)

bloody well typical my darling…no worries though, in my opinion, it doesnt matter if the guy sweeps streets for a living, I will still be by his side

as love really is all that matters, will probably help the poor guy sweep the streets, can just magine dis….okies fantasies aside…

luk at it this way r8, if u get a doctor, he aint gonna be around like 90% of the frikking time coz they'r always on call..

He is Indian and he's a computer engineer. After we both graduated from college, I decided to break up with him becuase my parents did not approve. I dont know if I made the right decision or not. He lives in a different state from me, so I dont even see him. I dont know if I did the right thing. What do you think?
