I missed you too, Khushi! So glad the forum is working now! Ohh that film is also a reflection of my childhood. Sigh! those days were lovely. LOL at the scene you talked about. I love that actor, he's hillarious! The songs are beautiful too. I love the bit where they fly the kites on the roof top and it rains heavily and Aamir gets soaked and then that song comes (Kaash koi ladka… sigh) and Juhi dries all the kids' hair and then Aamir comes and sits on the chair and gives this cute look to her. Aww, I always loved their pairing. And those 3 children were amazing! lol the scenes when they first try and hide Juhi in the beginning under the table and steal Aamir's food from the table… “mera anda kaha gaya?!” lol!

King Uncle is the other film which is a reflection of my childhood. Love it!

Khushii! me too! old school memories!!!!! Hum hain raahi pyaar ke was a fave childhood film… I've loved the songs all my life.

and the ghazal you posted reminds me of my childhood… my dad would always play it in the car on rainy days and I can remember listening to it as the rain would hit the car windows and we'd be stuck in traffic or going on the motorway. I didn't used to appreciate it then cuz I was a child… and now that I've grown up the lyrics speak to me about that childhood I remember…. beautiful .
