Black is a film that does need recognition.. but maybe Rani and the little girl playing young Michelle but but not Amitabh.. he’s role wasnt that powerful enough.. Ummm im a die hard fan of Salaam Namaste and i would looooooooooooove it to win.. Saif in the comedy role.. but then if u suggest Abhishek in Bunty and Bubli i would like that too koz he deserves it and he my fav actor too…
Music.. i think Salaam Namaste Sounstract is better than Parineeta..

How about some other opinions??

I actually saw the movie yesterday.. storyline is good but the movie really looks low budget.. and is amrita singh trying to spoil her image? what was she thinking??

Anyway the only highlight of the movie is the addat song..i still prefer the original version though

i actually watched Black at home.. the movie is quite heavy.. and dark.. hence more black..

nah seriously its a very good movie.. the little girl who played young michelle and Rani deserve an award for that.. i didnt think Rani was that good until i saw the movie.. This is not an everyday movie.. but one that u must see and remember as a masterpiece

Ok ive got to tell i love this movie.. the truth is that is soooo close to my life that u cant imagine.. hehe

The chemistry between Preity and Saif was mesmerising.. they both played their part really well.. and it was such a down to earth movie.. like the toilet scenes and stuff. and the music is superb as well..

bits i didnt like were javed jafrey’s “egjactly”[:(!] and Preity bowncing in whats going on song?

but i still love the movie to bits

Umm i thought Paheli was quite ok actually.. Not that great but at least something different.. the costumes and the story and stuff.. made me dream.. hey we are allowed to dream arent we??
