The stanzas didn’t quite match the link you provided. Here is the complete lyrics:

chaand aahe bharegaa, phool dil thaam lenge (2)
husn kee baat chalee to, sab teraa naam lenge
      chaand aahe bharegaa

aisa cheharaa hain teraa, jaise roshan saweraa
jis jagah tuu nahiin hai, us jagah hai andheraa
kaise phir chain tuz bin tere badanaam lenge (2)
husn kee baat chalee to …

aankh naajhuk see kaliyaan, baat nisaree ki daliyaan
hohnt gangaa ke saahil, julf jannat ki galiyaan
teree khaatir farishte sar pen ilzaam lenge (2)
husn kee baat chalee to …

chaand aahe bharegaa, phool dil thaam lenge (2)
the moon will sigh, flowers will hold on to their hearts
husn kee baat chalee to, sab teraa naam lenge
whenever people talk about beauty, everyone will take your name
      chaand aahe bharegaa

aisa cheharaa hain teraa, jaise roshan saweraa
your face is such, as if the morning is lit up
jis jagah tuu nahiin hai, us jagah hai andheraa
where ever you are not there, that place is dark
kaise phir chain tuz bin tere badanaam lenge (2)
people will make you infamous since they can’t find peace of mind without you,
husn kee baat chalee to …

aankh naajhuk see kaliyaan, baat Misree ki daliyaan
eyes are like delicate buds, your voice is sweet as a lump of sugar
hont gangaa ke saahil, julf jannat ki galiyaan
your lips like the shore of the river Ganges, your hair is like the lanes of heaven
teree khaatir farishte sar pen ilzaam lenge (2)
for your sake angels will take the blame upon themselves
husn kee baat chalee to …

Hi Madhu, may I point out that last stenza has been left out?

      Here it is:

      chup na hogi havaa bhee

      kuchh kahegee ghaTa bhee

aur mumkin hei tera zikr karde khuda bhee

phir to patthar hee shaayad jabt se kaam lenge [2]

husn kee baat chalee to sab tera naam lenge

      chand aahen bharega…

      chup na hogi havaa bhee

the wind will not be quiet

      kuchh kahegee ghaTa bhee

even the cloud will say some thing

aur mumkin hei tera zikr karde khuda bhee

and it is possible that even God will mention you

phir to patthar hee shaayad jabt se kaam lenge [2]

then perhaps only the rock will have to bear pain or suffer

husn kee baat chalee to sab tera naam lenge

      chand aahen bharega…

The word jabt means to bear pain or suffer.

      Thanks, Madhu dear.

May I suggest another expression for the word jabt – restrain?

But, thanks to you, I got the English translation of the complete song.

Restrain might have worked too. The problem with these songs are that the same words can mean many different things and only the lyricist knows what he really meant when he wrote the song.

It was my pleasure to be able to help out.
