I haven't seen the film, nor have I heard any of the songs for this movie, so I don't know whether this bit was added into another song or not, but I've searched the soundtrack for the movie on google, and I didn't find any song by this title. I'm assuming that this bit was used just for this part of the movie and wasn't recorded as a full song in the album. I'll use this video to write out the short lyrics for you though and I'll provide a transaltion just in case you need it.
