I would really really appreciate if somebody would put me out of my misery by telling me the name of the CD of the following song.

Here goes. The following is the original song taken from the film “Hanste Zakham” made in 1973 and sung by Mohammed Rafi

Title of Song – “Haan yeh maana meri jaan“

OK there has since been a remix sung by Sonu Nigam (I think)

Can some one please give me the name of the CD that i can purchase to obtain this remix track from.

A big Thank You to Nosyira, but this is the original from the file haanste zakhm, i am actually after the new version which sounds brilliant IMO, not to sure who has sung it and it was done a good few years ago but does not date back to 1973 like this original version.Thank you never the less.
