in thandi hawaon main beth ker
      lehro ka shor sun ker
      tumhey yaad kerta hoon
kitabo se tumhare pholoon ko chu ker,un ki mahek ko sungh ker
      tumhey yaad kerta hoon
apney girtey huwe dil ko bacha ker, palkoon se ansoon ko piy ker
      tumhey yaad kerta hoon
darakht ke neche beth ker apni akeli parchai ko dekh ker
      tumhey yaad kerta hoon
chaand ki chandaa ko dekh ker, taaro ki chamak dekh ker
      tumhey yaad kerta hoon
pyaar ki ghari ko dekh ker, in dhadkano ko sun ker, har woh pal soch ker
      tumhey yaad kerta hoon…
      woh subah woh shaam
      woh din woh raat
jab hum the saath, kerte the baat
yeh hawaein tumhari har baat yaad dilati hai
ab a bhi jao janeja yeh pyaar bula raha hai
har shaam main tumhara intezaar hai
har raat ke sanate main bechaine hai

thandi hawaon main asmaan ke neche let ker
in chamakte taaro ko dekh ker
      tumhey yaad kerta hoon
sab kuch wesa hi hai per phir bhi kami hai
aur phir ek chota sa tara dekhta hai
      tumhara naam leta hai
haan jaan meri dhadkan tumhari kami hai
      saagar bhi rota hai
apney lehro ke shor se tumhara naam pukarta hai
haan tumhara ehsaas baki hai har jaga har pal
in kitabo se tumhare pholoon nikalta hoon
aur ab tak paata hoon un ki mahek
sanaata bhi yehi keh raha hai
a jao lot ker kuch nahi badla
      tumhara intezaar rahega
      har subah,din, har shaam, raat
      loving you always.

in thandi hawaon main beth ker, lahron ka shor sun kar
sitting in this cool breeze, listening to the sound of waves
      tumhey yaad kerta hoon
      I remember you

kitabo se tumhare pholoon ko chu ker, un ki mahak ko sungh kar
touching your flowers with books, smelling their fragrance
      tumhey yaad kerta hoon
      I remember you

apney girtey huwe dil ko bacha ker,
      saving my falling heart
palkoon se ansoon ko piy ker
drinking (holding back) the tears from my eye lashes
      tumhey yaad kerta hoon
      I remember you

darakht ke neche beth ker apni akeli parchai ko dekh ker
sitting under the tree and looking at my lonely shadow
      tumhey yaad kerta hoon
      I remember you

chaand ki chandaa ko dekh ker, taaro ki chamak dekh ker
looking at the moon beams, watching the twinkling of the stars
      tumhey yaad kerta hoon
      I remember you
pyaar ki ghari ko dekh ker, in dhadkano ko sun ker, har woh pal soch ker
looking at the time of love, hearing the heart beats, thinking of each moment
      tumhey yaad kerta hoon…
      I remember you

woh subah woh shaam, woh din woh raat
that morning that evening, that day that night
jab hum the saath, kerte the baat
when we were together, talking to each other
yeh hawaein tumhari har baat yaad dilati hai
these winds remind me of every thing about you
ab a bhi jao janeja yeh pyaar bula raha hai
come o love of my life, this love is calling you
har shaam main tumhara intezaar hai
in ever evening there is waiting for you
har raat ke sanate main bechaine hai
in the loneliness of each night is restlessness

thandi hawaon main asmaan ke neche let ker
in cool breezes, lying below the sky
in chamakte taaro ko dekh ker
looking at the twinkling of the stars
      tumhey yaad kerta hoon
      i remember you

sab kuch wesa hi hai per phir bhi kami hai
every thing is just like that then what is mising
aur phir ek chota sa tara dekhta hai
and then i see a small star
      tumhara naam leta hai
      it takes your name
haan jaan meri dhadkan tumhari kami hai
yes, my life, my heartbeat, you are missing
      saagar bhi rota hai
      even the ocean cries
apney lehro ke shor se tumhara naam pukarta hai
with the sound of its waves it calls out your name
haan tumhara ehsaas baki hai har jaga har pal
yes, feeling of you is left every where every moment
in kitabo se tumhare pholoon nikalta hoon
I take out your flowers from these books
aur ab tak paata hoon un ki mahek
and I can still find their fragrance
sanaata bhi yehi keh raha hai
      Solitude is also saying this
a jao lot ker kuch nahi badla
      come back, nothing has changed
      tumhara intezaar rahega
      I will wait for you
      har subah,din, har shaam, raat
every morning and day, every evening and night
      loving you always.

It is surprising that you know Hindi / Urdu as well as English and yet you are unable to translate your own poems. I would have thought that you are the best person to translate them since you know exactly what you are trying to convey. On the other hand some times I have to guess what you are trying to say. Perhaps you should try it some time.

Certainly the poems are well written. Keep it up!

Thanks Rani but I only translate what is already composed so I can’t take any credit here. The credit all goes to the poet.
