Hey Papia, although your translation is a good try but the meaning you have translated is incorrect. this is the correct version :

Waqt ki saat jaane kitne hi mod aate hai saat phero mein (la la la la la…)
With time so many unkown turns come in these seven rounds
Rang jitne hai zindagani ke sab samaate hai, saat phero mein
All the colours there are of life come together into these seven turns

(these seven rounds refer to the seven turns which take place in a hindui marriage wherein the couple make seven promises to eachother)
