The lyrics uve given are taken from the song PAYAL MERI from the film RAJKUMAR. As far as I can remember, the film starred Madhuri n Anil Kapoor (?!) I remember likin the song too, so it jst sprung to mind immediately Hope that’s cleared ur dilemma!
