Got any plans for the weekend! It's supposed to be really hot here. I love the heat but the humidity is getting to be too much; one can't even breathe. Yesterday it was so sticky. We've been taking a second shower every day; I can't get fully awake in the mornings without a shower, but by the evening you need to shower anyway since you've been sweating. We don't have AC in the house – I don't like AC much anyway – just fans.

Only a little longer. August tends to be fairly dry around here, so I love that.
