What is the meaning of moorak?

I think the first anatara..second verse should be translated as ” because of these 7 notes that the world is not in ruin”

Yeah sorry I think you are right on the first line of the second verse. I will amend it. There's a lot of urdu in this, but I do believe that 'moorakh' means more of a fool or an idiot.

what is the name of this movie please?

I am not sure of the movie name. It is pakistani song that was sang by Ustad Amanat Ali Khan in Raag Malkouns and taal is teental. I am pretty sure it is a pakistani movie made in early 70's but I have not seen it.
