Sounds 100% like me. But I was once told that I never accept them because I dont believe.
That's exactly why I don't accept compliments. But with me…It's kinda different. If a random person compliments me and I don't believe it, I still say “Thank you.” But if it's a close friend, I tend to say, “Yeah right.” Or “I wish.” But even then, I tend to just go with the “thanks” because I'm afraid I'll annoy them. Lol. Tons of friend get annoyed with me when I won't accept their compliments. They're like, “OMG! Will you shut up already!!??? If I say it, then I mean it!” and blah blah blah. lol. I love my friends so much and I appreciate their compliments.
But it's hard to believe when it's not true… *shrugs* oh well. And Kavita, you ARE pretty.
