You look like a caress, I feel so good. – Tum ek …..caress….. ki tarha lag rahe ho, mujhe bohot acha mehsoos ho raha hai.
Then your eyes fly away and leave me. – Phir tumhaari aankhein ud jaati hai aur mujhe chod deti hai.
And I have nothing,just a reflection of you. – Aur mere paas kuch bhi nahi hai, sirf tumhari ek …..reflection…..
You're already far away. – Tum abhi se door ho.
I don't know all the secrets of your heart. – Main tumhare dil ke saare raaz nahi jaanti.
But I follow you. – Lekin main aap ka peecha karti hoon.
That last line sounds a bit stalkerish in urdu, so you could use this: Lekin main aap ke peeche chalti hoon, which means “But I walk behind you.”
